Baked Fish

2 pounds fish fillets or steaks
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon melted margarine or 1 teaspoon olive oil
Paprika

Cut fish into serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice, onion, and garlic to the melted margarine/olive oil. Dip each piece of fish into this mixture and place in a greased baking dish. Pour rest of mixture over fish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 5.
